You may contact Symmetry Counseling by phone or by email, and can expect a response within a couple hours, or very early the next business day. We have found that confidential email correspondence often is preferred by our clients as it makes for more efficient communication.

An initial appointment will be arranged after a brief phone intake session or email correspondence. Once a session has been scheduled we request that you complete the Intake Form and New Client Registration Form and bring all with you to session (or if you prefer, these can be completed at our offices). You will be matched to one of our therapists based upon the type of services you need. We do our best to schedule your first session within 5 days from your initial contact.
