Dr. Katherine Harding’s clinical experience includes working with couples, men, women, and adolescents. Her specialties include couples/relationship counseling, adolescent behavioral problems, drug and alcohol abuse and dependence, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, trauma, self harm, mood and anxiety disorders, LGBT issues, and group dynamics and consultation. Her focus in therapy is on how one’s thoughts, needs, and desires manifest through physical symptoms, addictions, social and mental tensions, and relationship challenges in the client's everyday life and in the therapeutic relationship.
Dr. Harding earned her Master's and Doctorate at The Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences from Shimer College.
