Symmetry Counseling is an approved Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO provider. In addition, some of our therapists also accept Aetna, Cigna, Magellan, Multi-Plan, and Humana health insurance. As every health insurance plan is different, we recommend you contact your insurance provider to determine your mental health benefits. The staff at Symmetry will file your insurance claims directly; and collect any copays.
For those choosing not to use health insurance, or have coverage through a plan not accepted by Symmetry (for which we are considered out of network) the fees for each session are as follows:
Individual 50-minute session: $130
Couple/Family 50 minute session: $150
We also provide services at a reduced rate/sliding scale of $80 per session for those individuals with limited financial resources.
Our billing coordinator will be happy to provide you with an itemized invoice to enable you to apply for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy, the therapists at Symmetry Counseling request that you cancel appointments within a reasonable amount of time. There is a charge of $75 for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment, unless illness or unusual circumstances exist.
