I am a lifelong Chicagoland resident, and have lived and worked in neighborhoods all across the city. As a thought and behavior change specialist, I utilize Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and dispute problematic beliefs, and then develop productive patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. My clients are a diverse population of individuals ages 14 and above who are seeking to make lasting changes in their lives.
My therapeutic approach focuses on anxiety, depression, anger management, and alcohol and substance use disorders. I also practice harm reduction as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and have experience in treating Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
I received my MSW from Loyola University Chicago School of Social Work in 2012. I previously earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies and Political Science at Northwestern University in 2004 and worked as an on-air broadcast radio professional from 2005-2009.
