Daniel Pardikes
Dan Pardikes is a Professional Counselor whose own life was transformed by therapy. He worked in the film industry before changing careers towards meaning in the field of mental health. He is a graduate from Northwestern University’s counseling program at The Family Institute. Dan works to connect you with a sense of inner strength during warm and supportive conversations.

Dan’s native therapy-language is psychodynamic, but incorporates CBT, DBT, narrative, and interpersonal process modalities. He is also informed by interpersonal neurobiology and offers insight into the brain processes that inform our actions.

Dan loves music and plays for fun. He appreciates the processes of artists and creatives towards deeper understanding of ourselves. Therapy is a creative collaboration that can be as much play as it is work.
