Jeremy is extremely passionate about helping individuals overcome the internal obstacles that get in the way of performing at their best more often. This can be in sports, work, or in daily living. Being a former collegiate athlete with a MS in Sport and Performance Psychology, a M.Ed in Clinical Counseling and a BA in Psychology, as well as being a Nationally Certified Counselor and Mental Performance Coach, his experience and education makes him uniquely qualified to help you gain a mental edge in your industry, profession, and life. He believes if individuals have the right mental tools, they can develop the necessary internal skills to be their best selves more consistently.
Most people’s goal is to live a rich and meaningful life, doing the things they love to do, and being present with the people that matter the most. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done when dealing with all of life’s stresses and the painful thoughts and emotions that accompany them. Jeremy is committed to helping you develop the tools and skills you need to be your best and live the life you want now instead of later, regardless of what it is currently throwing at you.
Jeremy helps you with this by getting clear on the life you want and the behaviors you need to adopt to get there. He will help to identify the internal obstacles getting in your way and help you live the life you want now. Jeremy specializes in performance anxiety, but also enjoy helping individuals with depression/self-esteem issues, stress and trauma, anger, excessive worrying, spiritual issues and ADHD. He loves working with couples as well with boundary setting and communication issues.
