Olivia is a warm, caring, and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in working with adolescents, adults, groups, and families. She considers herself culturally, developmentally, and trauma-informed in order to assist and guide individuals towards self-growth, resiliency, and a sense of healing. Olivia has experience assisting clients in skill-building and insight awareness, utilizing various therapeutic techniques, such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other client-centered frameworks. She has extensive experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, irritability-related and impulse-control symptoms, relationship conflicts, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), physical and emotional abuse histories, stress management, grief, and trauma.

Olivia is passionate about social justice and human rights and has experience working with all cultural backgrounds, including but not limited to immigrants and those of the LGBTQ community. Having graduated from Erikson Institute with her Masters in Social Work, she believes in looking at and processing an individual’s lifespan with them in order to help guide them towards rising above their circumstances to achieve peaceful and successful lives. Nevertheless, Olivia believes in a strengths-based approach and in a person’s ability to choose. Olivia’s overall objective is to provide her clients with a safe space and necessary skills to achieve their therapeutic goals.
