A safe place and a non-judgmental, unbiased ear are highly coveted and sought after in today’s society. Therapy can address infinite issues and struggles that arise in daily life. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, relationship issues, or just life in general, take comfort that Shannon is here to help you conquer whatever it is you need for your current mental health!

A client can reach their fullest potential and live their best life when given the appropriate tools and support to achieve it. Shannon utilizes many modalities for treatment. Some of these include (but are not limited to) CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, exposure therapy, validation, and many more. Shannon offers a calm space of acceptance and understanding. She recognizes that each client’s experiences and realities are different and she adjusts treatment to an individual’s personal needs. Mental health is an ongoing journey and she would feel privileged to be a part of yours.

Shannon is a graduate of Northwestern University where she received her Master’s in Counseling. She entered the mental health field as a way to “pay it forwards” from the individuals who have helped her throughout her life. She believes therapy is beneficial for anyone and everyone. Although you may feel overwhelmed and stuck, you are not alone. Shannon can help you heal your mind, heart, and soul.
