Claire is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, families and couples. She especially enjoys working with teens and young adults. Claire is committed to providing an encouraging, supportive and honest, judgement free space. She is passionate about supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, and self-esteem or body image issues, as well as assisting clients in processing and navigating various life stage transitions.
Claire recognizes that every client is the expert in their own life and experiences, and she believes in strengths based collaborative work. Her goal is to work alongside her clients towards their goals while adjusting her approach to best fit their individual needs. She strives to meet clients where they are and respect their boundaries while also supporting their growth. Claire is curious and engaged with her clients and utilizes a variety of therapeutic models rooted in an integrative and systemic approach.
Claire holds a Bachelors Degree in sociology and English with a minor in women’s and gender studies, as well as a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University, training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University.
