Biography

Ariannah believes that every individual has a unique story to tell, and her goal is to help them understand and accept their experiences in a way that promotes healing and growth.

She received her MSW from the University of Southern California and has gained years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. She has received training in a variety of evidence-based practices including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). And while she draws on a variety of therapeutic techniques, she believes it is crucial to tailor her approach to meet the specific needs of each person.

Using a person-centered approach, she focuses on enhancing each person's ability to address their own needs and guiding them towards the change they desire. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, she is here to help you through it and develop the tools and skills needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
