Amy Trujillo is a Licensed Master Social Worker, licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Amy is solution-focused
therapist and provides quality treatment to individuals who have experienced trauma or mental health conditions. Amy’s approach to therapy combines a cognitive behavioral model along with dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Amy has experience supporting individuals with PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem issues. Amy provides a safe, encouraging environment to help individuals navigate challenges, build stress management skills, and uncover a deeper level of self-compassion.

Amy is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trust-based relational intervention (TBRI). Amy received a Master of Social Work Degree from Baylor University in 2018. Amy has been providing therapeutic care to various populations for the past 6 years including children & families, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals experiencing life changes/transitions. Amy also has 3 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD. Amy is intentional to create a supportive, safe environment for clients to work on their therapeutic goals.
