Kim Powell is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL. She has worked in a variety of settings, from in-home services and schools to inpatient hospitalization. Her expertise includes working with individual adults dealing with mood disorders and life transitions. She is passionate about bringing mental health services particularly to BIPOC women, healing emotional childhood trauma, and helping all clients gain autonomy as they pursue their values-based goals.
