Mallory has worked with a variety of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She has particular expertise working with adults who struggle with anxiety and depression and who are seeking a more meaningful life. Mallory provides a safe and nonjudgmental place for clients to unravel stressors in their lives and navigate their journeys to become their ideal selves.
She integrates a unique set of treatment approaches based on what works best for the client. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), strengths perspective, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing (MI). With compassion and empathy, she helps clients discover the tools and resources they need to make meaningful change.
Mallory is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago Masters of Social Work program where she focused on mental health and Animal Assisted Therapy, specializing in health social work. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Saint Mary’s College. She is also a certified therapy dog handler and trained her own personal dog, Belle, to become a therapy dog. She is currently accepting new clients.
