Biography

Our daily lives can make us feel overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, or that we are simply ‘going through the motions’. Life can be messy, and sometimes, we need a little extra support to keep going. Victoria offers a space through counseling that is warm, comforting, safe, collaborative, and free of judgement. In person or online, you and Victoria can work together through goals, feelings, and struggles.

Victoria primarily works with children and teens ages 3 and up — as well as adults. She specializes in providing therapy through play, art, and viewing the world through your perspective. Victoria has worked with a variety of individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, medical trauma, and life-stressors. She provides an integrative approach to meet each individual’s needs. Victoria believes that kindness, empathy, learning, and compassion help to make sense of the world and create a better place.

Victoria was born and raised in Arizona and received both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Counseling at Arizona State University. Through your work together, she hopes to help support you in your journey of resilience and healing.
