She enjoys working with clients from a multicultural perspective and helping those with cross-cultural concerns. Hannah offers approaches that support healing from trauma (EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT), creating healthier relationships (Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy), and helping clients manage stress (Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy). She is passionate about working with people to make meaning from pain and helping individuals recognize their unique strengths in order to live with hope and resilience.
